Automateed Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Automateed websites, web applications, paid plans, digital tools, and publishing features. Automateed is operated by Content Petit LLC. In these Terms, “Automateed,” “we,” and “us” refer to the Automateed service and its operator.
By creating an account, starting a paid plan, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Automateed for a business or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for them. If you cannot agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
1. Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Features, usage allowances, and access periods differ by plan and purchase. The details shown in your account and at checkout are the current details for that purchase. Do not share access in a way that bypasses the limits attached to your account or plan.
2. Your material and generated output
You retain whatever rights you already have in prompts, manuscripts, images, audio, instructions, and other material you submit. You give us permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that material only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, or as otherwise explained in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for material you submit. You must review generated text, images, audio, metadata, and downloadable files before relying on, publishing, distributing, or selling them. Generated output can contain errors, similarities to other material, or content that needs editing. Automateed does not guarantee originality, factual accuracy, legal clearance, retailer acceptance, sales, rankings, or other publishing results.
3. Public publishing and selling features
Some features let you make selected book, author, reader, listing, or store information public. You choose what to publish and remain responsible for that material, its accuracy, the rights needed to use it, and any prices or customer promises you set. Public pages can be indexed, cached, copied, or shared by third parties outside Automateed’s control.
If you use a selling feature, payment availability, transaction records, fees, balances, refunds, disputes, and payout details are governed by the current interface for that feature and the applicable payment provider’s terms. You remain responsible for taxes, disclosures, and other obligations that apply to your sales.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Automateed to:
- break the law or infringe another person’s rights;
- create, upload, publish, or distribute material you are not permitted to use;
- spread malware, probe security, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service;
- misrepresent identity, payment authority, authorship, or affiliation;
- harass, exploit, defraud, or cause harm to another person; or
- resell or share account access in a way that evades plan or usage limits.
We may restrict specific activity or suspend access when reasonably needed to investigate abuse, protect users or the service, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide information about the reason and available next steps.
5. Plans, payments, renewal, and cancellation
Prices, billing periods, included credits or allowances, and any one-time or recurring nature of a purchase are shown before payment. Taxes and currency conversion may depend on your location and payment provider. Web payments may be processed by Stripe or PayPal; purchases made through an app store are processed under that store’s payment rules.
A recurring subscription continues for successive billing periods until it is canceled. Use the cancellation controls available in your account, the applicable app store, or contact us for help. Cancellation stops later renewals but does not by itself reverse a completed charge. Our standard refund approach, limited billing exceptions, and notice about rights that cannot be excluded are set out in the Refund Policy.
6. Third-party services
Automateed uses or links to third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers, app stores, and publishing platforms. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. We do not control a third party’s availability, review decisions, platform rules, or independent handling of your account.
7. Service changes and availability
We may maintain, update, replace, or discontinue features as the service changes. We may also interrupt access when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or problems outside our reasonable control. We do not promise that every feature or third-party integration will always be available or error-free.
8. Ending use of the service
You may stop using Automateed at any time. You may request account or personal-data deletion as described in our Data Deletion Policy. Export anything you need before deleting your account or before paid access ends.
We may suspend or close an account for a material or repeated breach, unlawful use, payment fraud, or a serious security risk. Ending access does not erase transaction, security, tax, dispute, or other records that we may need to retain, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Important limits
Automateed is a creation and publishing workflow, not legal, tax, accounting, or professional publishing advice. You are responsible for deciding whether an output or publishing action is suitable for your situation. The service is provided on an “as available” basis, subject to any promises that applicable law or the specific purchase terms do not allow us to exclude.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any other limitation or remedy is determined by the law that applies to the particular user and transaction; these Terms do not select a court, jurisdiction, or mandatory arbitration process.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, payment options, or legal requirements change. We will update the date below when we materially revise them. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means the revised Terms apply from that point, subject to any notice or consent that applicable law requires.
11. iOS app terms
These are the Terms for Automateed’s web services. For the Automateed iOS app only, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies where the App Store listing or purchase flow identifies it as the app’s license agreement. That Apple agreement does not replace these web Terms for use of automateed.com or its web checkout.
