Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Commission Structure
- Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on each successful sale of the Automateed tool made through their referral link.
2. Self-Referral Policy
- Affiliates are not permitted to use their own referral links to make purchases. Any self-referrals will be considered invalid and commissions will not be paid on such transactions.
3. Payouts
- The minimum payout threshold is $100. Affiliates must have a minimum of $100 in their account to request a payout.
- Payouts will be processed once a month. Commissions will be paid out two months after the payment is successful to account for any potential refunds or chargebacks. For example, commissions earned in January will be paid out in March.
4. Payment Methods
- Payouts will be made via PayPal or Payoneer. Affiliates will need to provide accurate payment details in their account settings to ensure successful transactions.
5. Referral Link Usage
- Affiliates must use the provided referral links and promotional materials appropriately. Misleading or fraudulent advertising practices are strictly prohibited and will result in termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
6. Cookie Duration
- The referral cookie duration is 30 days. If a referred customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking the affiliate link, the affiliate will receive a commission for that sale.
7. Refunds and Chargebacks
- If a customer requests a refund or if a chargeback occurs on a referred purchase, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s account balance.
8. Affiliate Account Termination
- Automateed reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its discretion, especially in cases of fraudulent activity, misuse of referral links, or violation of these terms and conditions. Any pending commissions will be forfeited in such cases.
9. Modifications
- Automateed reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email. Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
