Refund Policy

Automateed delivers digital content and AI-generated outputs that are made available immediately after purchase. Because the value of these products is delivered the moment your payment is processed, all sales are final and non-refundable. This page explains our policy in detail, the limited exceptions where we will reverse a charge, and how to contact us before opening a dispute.

1. Try Before You Buy – Free 5,000-Word Trial

Every account can generate up to 5,000 words of AI content with Automateed completely free, before any payment is required. This is more than enough to evaluate writing quality, workflow, eBook output, and overall fit. We strongly encourage you to use the free trial before purchasing a plan, credit pack, or lifetime license.

2. All Sales Are Final – No Refunds

Because Automateed delivers digital goods (AI text, images, eBooks, downloadable files, credits, and platform access) that can be used and downloaded immediately after purchase, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once your payment is processed, we cannot revoke the value you receive, so we do not offer returns, partial credits, or pro-rated refunds — including but not limited to:

  • Monthly or annual subscriptions (current and renewal periods)
  • One-time credit packs and top-ups
  • Lifetime licenses and lifetime deals
  • Add-on services, KDP publishing services, and individual feature unlocks
  • Credits already consumed or content already generated / downloaded

By completing checkout you confirm that you have read this policy, that you understand digital content is delivered immediately, and that you waive any right of withdrawal or cooling-off period to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (see Section 6 below).

3. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us. Cancelling stops all future billing immediately and no further charges will be made. Your current billing period remains active until its end date so you can keep using the service you have already paid for. The current period itself is not refundable.

4. Limited Exceptions (Charge Reversals, Not Refunds)

We will reverse a charge in the following narrow situations, which exist to keep your account safe and to comply with payment-processor rules:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges caused by a payment-processor or platform error.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions — if you believe your card or account was used without your permission, contact us within 48 hours at stefan@automateed.com. We will investigate immediately and, where appropriate, work with Stripe, PayPal, the card issuer, or relevant authorities to reverse the charge.
  • Total non-delivery caused by a verified, sustained outage on our side that prevented you from accessing the service you paid for — and which we were unable to remedy within a reasonable time.

These are not optional refunds; they are corrections of charges that should not have been made. They do not apply where the service was delivered as described and you simply changed your mind, did not use the credits, or did not like the AI output.

5. Please Contact Support Before Filing a Dispute

If something feels wrong with your order, please email stefan@automateed.com first — we resolve the vast majority of billing issues the same business day. Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting support will result in full evidence submission (logs, usage data, delivery proofs, IP records, and this policy) to the payment processor and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining credits or licenses.

6. EU / UK Consumers – Right of Withdrawal Waiver

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost. By placing an order, ticking the checkout consent box, and beginning to use Automateed’s services or downloading any generated content, you provide that express consent and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.

7. How to Contact Us

For billing questions, suspected fraud, duplicate charges, technical issues, or anything else related to your account, email stefan@automateed.com with your order ID or the email you used at checkout. Our team responds within 24 hours on business days. Approved charge reversals are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
