Refund Policy
At Automateed we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how we handle subscriptions and disputes.
1. Try Before You Pay β Free 5,000-Word Trial
Every account can generate up to 5,000 words of AI content with Automateed completely free, before any payment is required. This is more than enough to evaluate writing quality, workflow, and overall fit. We strongly encourage you to use the free trial before purchasing a plan or credit pack.
2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
We will issue a full or partial refund in any of the following cases:
- Duplicate or accidental charges β refunded in full.
- Technical issues on our side that prevented you from using the service β refunded in full.
- Product not delivered as described β refunded in full.
- Unused subscription or credit pack within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided that less than 20% of the included credits or words have been consumed β refunded in full.
To request a refund, email stefan@automateed.com with your order ID or the email you used at checkout. Our team responds within 24 hours on business days.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us. Cancelling stops all future billing immediately. Your current billing period remains active until its end date so you can keep using the service you have already paid for. We do not auto-charge cancelled subscriptions.
4. What Is Not Refundable
Once generated content has been downloaded and/or the majority of a credit pack has been consumed, those specific credits are non-refundable because the digital value has already been delivered. Lifetime deals and one-time credit packs where more than 20% of the included credits have been consumed are also non-refundable.
5. Please Contact Support Before Filing a Dispute
If something feels wrong with your order, please email stefan@automateed.com first β we resolve more than 95% of billing issues the same day. Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting support will result in full evidence submission (logs, usage, delivery proofs) to the payment processor and may result in account closure.
6. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your payment was made fraudulently or without authorization, contact us at stefan@automateed.com within 48 hours. We will investigate immediately and, where appropriate, work with the payment processor or relevant authorities to reverse the charge.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email stefan@automateed.com with:
- Your order ID or the email used at checkout
- A short description of the issue
- (If relevant) a screenshot of the problem
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5β10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
